History

Brydell’s was started in 1997, family owned and operated, always been based at Kallanger, started by offering a service to real estates/property managers to replace old blinds. Focus has been on commercial type work in the past 7 – 10 years, (newly built, 50yr plus retirement villages). Business has always delivered a quality product, on time, and most importantly at a good price.

An advantage this business has, is we sell/manufacture/install products here in Brisbane, so lead/turnaround times are short. In addition to this we have the flexibility to move work forward or backwards according to customer needs.

About me and the staff

Since my first introduction to the Window Coverings industry 20 plus years ago, I have always been very passionate about blinds, curtains and awnings.

I have spent time with companies in New Zealand and here in Australia, in various roles. Starting out with assembling blinds, then working up to operating machinery, production management roles and on to installation/Sales.

I have a very diverse background, and have many years’ experience, owning and operating my own businesses.

Brydell’s Window Coverings is a family business, which not only my wife and I are part of, but our 3 children are included in.

Currently Brydell’s Window Coverings has a staff of 3, however as the business grows, this creates opportunities for others to come on board.

What I offer to clients

Commercial – Quality product, on time, at a good price. I have control of my time frames, and have flexibility to work with clients to meet deadlines. I can work with clients to cover issues such as bodycorp rules, requirements etc.

Residential – Quality product, friendly service, on time, at a good price. I know the importance of listening to the client, to understand better what they are requiring. Product knowledge and experience.
